2. Branding Your Videos and Chatbot

In order to brand your videos and Chatbot, you will need to provide us with a logo. Preferably we will need a logo that can be seen on both light or dark backgrounds and be at least a 500px x 500px in size. If the logo you provide is poor quality, your branding will be poor quality. The best format is in .PNG because it will allow for a transparent background.


If you have any photos that you would like to have added to your videos or chatbot, please make sure they are high quality. Minimum 720P and preferably 1080P or greater. EzGoBiz can help provide you with CUSTOM graphics or logo creation but this would fall under additional services. 


Here is where you can upload your artwork/LOGO. Please make sure you include your name, business name, and email address you used to sign up with when you joined.


3. Provide Your Content

If you have specific content you need in your video and chatbot or have a direction that requires specific content, you will upload this information in a Word doc or text file. Make sure you provide any URL's or links required. So for instance, you may have a link to a specific offer or payment link that needs to be added.

4. Additional Services

Voice Cloning $100 (Excellent one-time investment so your voice becomes the spokesperson for your business)

Logo creation and design - $200

Additional video minutes - $200 per minute

Over 40 Chatbot Modules - $300+ Depending on complexity and requirements. No additional charge for installation and management.


5. Timelines

Setting realistic expectations is key when it comes to your VIP membership timelines. If you are looking for content, in order to promote a promotion of your own, and you need the content immediately, this is more a probability and not just a possibility, especially starting off. It is best to schedule your promotions out 30 days prior, in order to meet your promotions needs. The speed of delivery is also based on the fact you already have your logo and any special content needed uploading on the server, and that it doesn't need to be altered, such as photos needing cropping, enhancing, etc.  Most videos can be out in just 2-3 days when logos and content have been properly submitted to EzGoBiz


Your chatbot, depending on the complexities, may take as long as 30 days.
